1. General Information

This document sets out the terms and conditions for the use of the website www.educationalcentre.md. By accessing and using this website, you agree to the terms and conditions described below.


2. Definitions

For the purposes of this document, the term “Website” refers to www.educationalcentre.md, “Seller” refers to ICS Educational Centre SRL, “Client” or “User” means any person accessing the website or placing an order, and “Products” refers to the goods sold through the website.


3. Use of the Website

The User agrees to use the website in a lawful manner, to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, and not to undertake any actions that may affect the proper functioning, security, or availability of the website. The Seller reserves the right to restrict access for users who violate these rules.


4. User Account

Creating an account is not mandatory for placing orders, but it provides access to additional features. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities carried out under their account.


5. Products and Availability

Products are presented on the website with descriptive and illustrative information. Although we make every effort to ensure accuracy, minor errors or differences may occur. Product availability may vary, and the Seller reserves the right to modify or withdraw products without prior notice.


6. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are expressed in Moldovan Lei (MDL). Payment can be made online via secure payment processors or upon delivery, in cash or by card. The Seller does not store users’ bank card details.


7. Orders

By placing an order, the Client confirms that all provided information is accurate and complete and accepts these terms and conditions. The Seller reserves the right to confirm orders by phone or email and to refuse orders that are incomplete, incorrect, or suspicious.


8. Delivery

Delivery is carried out through courier services. The standard delivery time is typically 1–3 business days, but it may vary depending on product availability or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. The risk related to the products is transferred to the Client at the moment of delivery.


9. Returns and Complaints

The conditions regarding product returns are governed by the Return Policy, available on the website.

If the products present defects, non-conformities, or do not match the order placed, the Client has the right to submit a complaint. Complaints can be sent via email to office@educationalcentre.md or by phone, as soon as possible after identifying the issue, providing relevant details and supporting evidence (photos, description of the defect).

The Seller will review the complaint and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe. Depending on the situation, the resolution may include replacement of the product, repair (if applicable), refund, or another solution agreed upon with the Client, in accordance with legal provisions.


10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including texts, images, graphics, and design elements, is the property of ICS Educational Centre SRL and is protected by copyright laws. Any use, reproduction, or distribution without the Seller’s written consent is prohibited.


11. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.


12. Limitation of Liability

The Client shall not hold the Seller liable for any technical errors of the website, delays caused by courier services, or improper use of the products.


13. Modification of Terms

The Seller reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on the website and will take effect from the date of publication.


14. Applicable Law

This document is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
