Return & Exchange Policy

Products purchased from Educational Centre, either online or directly in-store, can be returned exclusively in person at our location in Chișinău, str. Columna 72/3.

In accordance with Art. 26, paragraph 1 of Law no. 105 of 13.03.2003 regarding Consumer Protection, returns are possible within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, upon presentation of the fiscal receipt.

Products can only be returned if they have not been used, are in perfect condition, without any damage, have the original packaging intact, with labels and all accessories included. 

Returns are not accepted for products that show physical alterations, scratches, signs of use. You are responsible for any reduction in the value of products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Depending on availability, products may be exchanged for similar items or a refund of the purchase price may be issued.
