Return & Exchange Policy

Customers have the right to request an exchange of a non-food item (such as a book or other physical product) within 14 days of purchase, it the item doesn't meet their expectations in terms of size, format, color, model, or if it cannot be used as intended for any reason.


An exchange or refund is possible only if:

1. The item hasn't been used.

2. It's in perfect condition, as it was delivered.

3. Proof of purchase is provided (receipt, invoice, etc.)


If the requested replacement product, is not available in stock, the customer can ask for a refund.
